We may store only the last four digits of your card for reference purposes, along with a secure token provided by Square for authorized auto-withdrawal transactions.

    • Transport Security: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security).
    • Database Security: Our database employs Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring that customers can only access their own data. Administrative access is restricted to authorized staff with multi-factor verification.
    • Password Security: User passwords are hashed using bcrypt with salt, ensuring they cannot be recovered even in the unlikely event of a data breach.
    • PCI DSS Compliance: Payment card data is processed exclusively through Square's PCI DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure. We never receive, process, or store full card details on our systems.

    We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except in the following circumstances:

    • Payment Processing: We share necessary transaction data with Square to process your payments securely.
    • Email Communications: We use Resend as our email delivery service to send booking confirmations, payment receipts, and service notifications.

    We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records and payment history are retained for a minimum of seven years for tax and legal compliance purposes.     8. Auto-Withdrawal Authorization

    When paying your deposit, you may optionally authorize automatic withdrawal of the remaining balance upon completion of your move. This authorization:

    • Is entirely optional — you can complete your deposit without authorizing it
    • Stores a secure card token (not your card number) via Square's Card on File service
    • Can only be triggered by an administrator after the job is marked as in progress or completed
    • Can be revoked by contacting us before the charge is processed
